Around 1100 responses so far... Of these:

  • 78% are female

  • 7.6% are NZ Maori

  • 3 are cleaners

  • 7 are orderlies

Our ED requires a whole of team approach to make it work optimally. I believe that ensuring all staff have a voice is important…please encourage staff from all work groups, ethnicities and genders to participate.
